Fill out the booking request form below and we will text/email you to confirm date availability. If items are available, we’ll send an invoice for your 100% refundable security deposit, an invoice for your rental package, and a rental contract to sign. Once the deposit and signed contract are received, your date is officially booked.
A $40 refundable security deposit is due within 48 hours of your invoice to secure your date. This deposit does not go toward the package price — it protects against late returns, missing items, or damage. As long as items are returned on time, CLEAN, DRY, and complete, your 100% refundable security deposit will be returned after inspection (typically within 3 business days).
Your security deposit is due within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. You may pay both the deposit AND the cost of your package at the same time OR pay them separately. Your package payment is due one week prior to your reservation date.
All rentals are for the full weekend. Pick up in Beavercreek on Friday and return by Monday at 7 p.m. A $20 late fee applies after 7 p.m.
We will contact you at the beginning of the week of your reservation to arrange a time for pick up and return. Items will be outside and ready for you to grab with no in-person contact needed. You will then simply return the items by 7 p.m. Monday night to the same location. Just send a text of your return time frame, so that we can confirm the return occurred. Is it easier for you to return Sunday night? Not a problem—just communicate and we will come up with a plan!
Yes! Sunday returns are common. Just communicate your needs and we can most likely accommodate.
DIY means you pick up the rental in Beavercreek, set it up yourself, clean it up, and return it after your weekend rental. Items need to be returned CLEAN and DRY. This helps us keep prices affordable while still giving you a full weekend of fun.
We understand weekends can get busy! Rentals returned after Monday at 7 p.m. will incur a $20 late fee. All items must be returned CLEAN and DRY. If additional cleaning is required, a $25+ cleaning fee may be deducted from the deposit depending on the condition.
Yes. A simple rental contract is required to confirm your booking. The contract outlines pickup times, return expectations, and equipment care so everyone is on the same page.
Our DIY package does NOT include delivery. However, if we have availability, delivery is possible for an additional fee, which depends on your location. Delivery fees start at $10.
If a booking is cancelled 21 days or more before the scheduled event, your security deposit will be fully refunded. If cancelled 15–20 days before the event, you may reschedule within 6 months at no additional cost. If cancelled within 14 days of the event, the security deposit is non-refundable.
